Holiday Accommodation in the heart of St James #BL

The holiday accommodation consists of the whole of the downstairs floor of a double storey house on the border between St James and Kalk Bay. This holiday home in St James has a spectacular sea view and is within easy walking distance of the beach, two tidal pools, shops, galleries, restaurants and commuter trains. There are lovely walks along the beach and good hiking trails up the mountain above St James and Kalk Bay.

This holiday accommodation is very secure, with off-street parking behind security gates, for one car. There are 2 bedrooms – one with a queen bed and the other with 2 singles  -   and a bathroom (with shower and under-floor heating), a fully equipped kitchenette, and a lounge/dining room with TV (+DSTV). There is an additional private bathroom (with a bath) at the top of the stairs. Both bathrooms have heated towel rails. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer, and a delightful patio with a Weber braai overlooking the sea.  Sleeps 4.

The holiday accommodation in St James is SELF-CATERING. All towels, including beach towels, bed linen, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are supplied. Servicing once a week by arrangement; fresh linen supplied regularly. Internet connection and telephone by arrangement.
