The romantic interior, has a strong maritime theme, with many of the nautical and old English nuances having been sourced from nearby antique shops.

This Holiday Home Simonstown includes three en-suite bedrooms, two with double beds and the third with 2 single beds. The main room upstairs; it has a separate lounge and bathroom with a Victorian bath tub. The downstairs double room is fitted with a shower.  Whilst the third room, with its two single beds also features a Victorian bath tub.

The well equipped and practical kitchen includes a gas hob and electrical oven, fridge/freezer, dish washer, microwave oven, percolator, utensils. And crockery that allow catering for a full house and more. French doors open onto an outside verandah, bringing the sea view into both the kitchen and the lounge.

The lounge of this holiday home Simonstown is the heart of the house. And is equipped with DSTV, VCR and music entertainment system. It comes with a large fireplace, and a French day bed, ideal for reading Sunday papers while taking in the sea view. The enclosed patio has a dining table that comfortably seats eight people.  The water feature that provides tranquillity. A Weber kettle braai is available for outside entertainment.

The garage, accessible from the patio includes a washing machine and tumble dryer. Apart from the lockable garage, parking is available right outside the house.

All bedding, towels and beach towels are provided, as well as basic consumable supplies.

Watching whales playing in the bays of Simon’s Town, in spring and early summer is one of the annual highlights of the region. Enjoyed from alongside the road, sitting quietly on top of a boulder or in one of the sea facing restaurants a short stroll from the house.

Both the Simon’s Town golf course and a convenience centre are situated within walking distance of the house. The house is also ideal for watching the Argus Cycle Race and the Two Oceans Marathon from the front stoep.
