This holiday home is situated across the road from the beach only 100m from the swimming area.
The large and spacious living areas and main bedroom offers amazing sea views. The sea facing veranda across the width of the house is ideal for outdoor living while a second TV lounge with authentic fire place provides a cosy space in less than perfect weather conditions. The villa has been furnished to reflect the colours and clean lines of the ocean.
The property comes complete with double automated lock up garage.
This holiday rental sleeps a maximum of 9 people in 4 double bedrooms, each with it’s own bathroom and sleeper couch in second lounge. Two bedrooms have queen size beds with the remaining bedrooms offering twin beds.
The lounges are equipped with TVs and a DVD and music system. The house is equipped with DSTV facility but own SMART card is to be provided. The open plan lounge/dining room and modern kitchen allows for easy flow and social interaction. An additional study nook provides space to work for those not lucky enough to escape the office. Please note that no PC dial up facilities are available so bring own wireless connection.
