A not-so-little piece of Cape Town heaven. Beautifully furnished house; each room with a luxurious en suite bathroom. We spent most of our time on the patio, enjoying the pretty garden alive with birdsong (including an owl) and views across the horse paddocks to the mountans in the distance. My noisy and demanding family was made to feel very at home and welcome by Anna, Debra and Lulu (who kept the place spotless). Our children loved meeting the horses and the well-equipped play area – jungle gym, swing, slide etc. – was an added bonus. Sometimes found it quite a challenge to drag them away from the place to explore Cape Town. Access to the highway is quick and it’s an easy drive to the attractions in the southern Penninsula – Hout Bay, Noordhoek, Simon’s Town etc. Try to time travel into Cape Town itself outside of rush hours – we got a bit stuck a couple of times. In all … thank you for a memorable stay. Really appreciated the daily cleaning and laundry service.
