If you want to be close to the sea and the city and yet be in a more rural quiet environment this is the place to be. Wake up to the sounds of the neighbouring farm, a fish eagle and
guinea fowl, even the bark of a baboon. Take a morning walk down to the Buitenverwachting coffee bloc for a hearty breakfast or just a coffee. Later in the day wonder into the wine tasting rooms of either Klein Constantia farm or Buitenverwachting. Take a walk on the farms in peace and quiet. We are also surrounded by top restaurants and golf courses, so eating out is such a pleasure.
Connected to a family home, and yet totally private with its own entrance, Weluka accommodation has 2 ensuite bedrooms with a central living/kitchen area. The patios lead onto a private large fynbos garden. Make use of the lovely swimming pool and the organic vegetable garden in the main garden. The pool is heated and extra long so you can get out there and exercise to your heart’s content or just lounge on the deck chairs under the umbrella.
It’s located amongst the who’s who on a small secure private estate. The owners are Dick and Carolyn. They have twin daughters who are both at university, an adorable labrador called Max and a refined Golden Retriever called Jess.
